SV Assurance

Our expert jeweler, with over 30 years of experience, carefully inspects each of our rings to ensure the prongs are strong, diamonds are secure, and the entire ring is in great condition. Our rings have stood the test of time with their handmade beauty and strength but should be treated with care as fine jewelry.

We offer appraisals on all of our rings for additional assurance and for insurance purposes upon request.

Our Guarantee

We want you to love your ring! If you do not love it and let us know this by the third day of receiving the ring, we will happily take the ring back and provide a full refund. 

If the ring has been sized or altered in any way in the 3 day period, this guarantee does not apply. 

Ring Care

Vintage rings, along with all jewelry, are delicate pieces. Ensure you take the best care of your ring to maintain the setting and prongs' integrity. Our recommendations on ring care: remove during workouts, cleaning, sleep, showering, etc. It is best to err on the side of caution with your ring. 

Take your ring to your local jewelers every 6 months to have it professionally cleaned and inspected that the prongs and setting are in good condition. 

After our 30-day guarantee (see below), the ring condition (including setting, prongs, and diamonds) is the customers responsibility. Sunday Vintage Jewelry is not liable for any damage after our 30-day guarantee. We highly recommend you insure your ring.

Damage

Did you damage your SV piece? We are happy to repair an item, at no charge to you, within the first 30 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs include fixing bent or broken prongs, replacing missing accent stones, and fixing a damaged shank. Lost, stolen, or damaged center stones are not covered by our 30-day guarantee. Jewelry insurance (like Jewelers Mutual) is highly recommended to cover you if something were to happen to your center stone. Shipping for repairs is at the expense of the customer.

Repairs needed after 30 days, or deemed to be caused by misuse, will incur repair fees at the expense of the customer.

It is the SV promise that your jewelry is delivered free of quality defects. We do our best to guarantee that your pieces arrive perfect. Should your piece arrive with a defect, please contact us within the first 10 days of receipt of purchase.

Please kindly note we cannot accept responsibility for items repaired by any other jeweler. Any and all warranty of the piece will be considered void if another jeweler has worked on a Sunday Vintage Jewelry piece.

Resizing

Many (but not all) of our rings can be resized. First resizing is free. Pricing for additional ring resizing varies, dependent on style and typically starting at $50. Requested ring resizing and shipping will be at the expense of the customer. Email kasey@sundayvintagejewelry.com for more information.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship your ring via UPS and FedEx, fully insured. A signature is required upon delivery. Please let us know if you have a preferred carrier.

Orders typically ship within 24 hours of payment receipt. If there is a delay in the shipment, we will advise you ahead of time. You will receive a tracking number once your ring ships.

Refunds/Returns 

Refunds for returned items will be processed after the ring has been received and inspected. The refund should process and be posted to your bank account within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the ring. 

If original payment was made via credit card, it may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear. 

If original payment was made via wire, the refund will be sent via the same method, or ACH. We will need your account number, routing number, and the name on the account. 

Warranty 

We refurbish all jewelry prior to offering them for sale and perform all the necessary repairs to ensure they are durable and safe to wear. But please know that antique and vintage jewelry have been worn and loved for several generations and some of them will show some signs of wear. Any defects or issues with the piece will be noted on the description.
